It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
Dr. Ramey’s goals are to create, nurture, and maintain strategic working alliances to take the mystery out of counseling. She wants clients to understand their own process of healing. Therefore, empowering clients throughout their counseling journey as clients make meaningful changes.
